BCA provides strategic consulting services, related to business growth, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquistion, and company financing, exclusively for the information of our clients’ Board of Directors and senior management, who will make all decisions regarding whether and how to pursue any opportunity or transaction. Our clients’ Board of Directors and senior management will base their decisions on our advice as well as the advice of their legal, tax, and other business advisors and other factors which they deem appropriate. Accordingly, as an independent contractor BCA does not assume the responsibilities of a fiduciary to our clients or our clients stockholders in connection with the performance of our services.
